About Brian Spear

Brian Spear is the Co-Founder and Principal of Sunrise Capital Investors, a private real estate investment firm with $350M+ in assets under management across 18 states. He helps accredited investors create infinite cash flow through recession-resistant assets like mobile home parks and structured parking facilities.

Brian’s journey began in a mobile home. Raised by a single mother who relied on affordable housing, he gained a personal understanding of financial pressure and the need for lasting security. That experience became the foundation for his mission to help others achieve financial freedom.

He went on to earn both academic and athletic scholarships across the country, ultimately landing at the University of Kentucky, where he played Division 1 baseball and earned his business degree. That competitive drive, combined with his passion for creating freedom through financial independence, eventually led him into the world of private real estate investing.

Today, Brian leads Sunrise Capital Investors as CEO. Focusing his energy on growing a durably wonderful business and coaching his Investor Relations team, of whom work closely with physicians, entrepreneurs, and family offices to build tax-efficient, income-generating portfolios that preserve wealth and create real freedom.

Under his leadership, Sunrise has closed 19+ full-cycle deals with average IRRs over 42%, returned full capital to investors in multiple funds, and built a reputation for doing things the right way — with zero investor losses to date.

When he’s not serving investors, Brian is on a mission to expand access to affordable housing across the country — doing well by doing good. Sunrise donates a portion of both profits and capital raised to causes that support housing and community development.
